Pro Mind Assessment Services' mission is to transfer our assessment know-how, so our clients may independently use all PM Assessment Tools and interpret the results obtained. This service is offered to all of our clients who subscribe to the Pro Mind Charter.

Creation of a job profile	Gain a command of the creation of job profiles with Potential™.	1 day
Conducting a development interview	Gain a command of the techniques used to conduct development interviews.	1 to 2 days
Creation of reports models	Become independent in the setting-up and redaction of interview reports.	1 to 2 days
Management of potentials portfolios	Learn how to use and valorize the company’s database of test results in order to allow for a professional management of its potentials.	2 days
Integration of Potential™ into an Assessment Center	Learn how to successfully integrate Potential™ into an Assessment Center (AC) approach.	2 to 5 days
