It is generally part of a wider framework of&nbsp;<strong>assessment of company functions<\/strong>&nbsp;and the introduction of a&nbsp;<strong>new remuneration system<\/strong>. It is therefore preceded by a&nbsp;<strong>strategic thinking<\/strong>&nbsp;with the company's management (defining the position of the function within the organisation, the&nbsp;<strong>success indicators<\/strong>&nbsp;and a&nbsp;<strong>skills dictionary<\/strong>). In terms of vocabulary, we distinguish between the notions of \"function\" and \"position\". For example<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The function<\/strong>&nbsp;groups together all the people who share the same mission and responsibilities. It is generic and not nominative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The position<\/strong>&nbsp;refers to a precise workplace and specific tasks within a function.
