By setting out the mission statement, the HR organisation will be able to decide on the direction it needs to take to achieve the company's HR objectives.<br>&nbsp;<br>Policies will then have to be drawn up to dictate how these resources are acquired, used and disposed of. These will serve as a frame of reference for the procedures and methods to be used in carrying out the planned activities.
