Drawing up an employment certificate is an important legal obligation of the company towards the employee. It consists of a structured summary, as objective as possible, of the employee's professional activity, both in terms of contenttasks than behaviour over a given period. This is why no derogatory terms should be used. The creation of the work certificate is based on the following elements:
