Management by Objectives (MBO) is the link between the achieving the company's strategic objectiveson the one hand, and the individual development and involvementon the other. It can be considered as the alpha and omega of a company's sustainability.
This activity is both simple (setting objectives) and complex, due in particular to its many interactions with the company's strategic orientationse and those with other activities (human resources management, customer management, production, etc.).
