The subject of potential assessment and personality tests has been, is and will continue to be the subject of much debate. The big shock came a few years ago, when employers began to look beyond information about vocational training or anything to do with the content of work experience.
It's important to remember, however, that this is an essential and indispensable part of the selection process. However, the information it provides us with, particularly through the Curriculum Vitae andinterviews which refer to the main professional stages, are primarily concerned with the "know-how" required by the job.
